Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire house, the detached game studio, and the picturesque grounds. The sheds, 2 storage closets in the house, several drawers in the hallway, and 1 closet in the game studio are used to store materials and supplies, and are the only areas that are not accessible by guests.

o Strict no-smoking policy due to fire hazards.
o Open fires are not allowed accept for propane fire pits.
• Transportation:
o We recommend having your own vehicle, as taxi and rideshare services are limited.
o Access to the house is via a paved road from CA State Highway 41.
o A 4WD vehicle is recommended during rare snow events (2-3 times per year). Snow typically melts within hours.

o The property is equipped with 15 exterior cameras for security between guest stays.
o Privacy assured: No cameras face the private hot tub or any indoor areas , alfresco shower.
